Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Video Editing Trainer to join our Amritsar branch. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in professional video editing, a creative mindset, and the ability to teach students from beginner to advanced level. If you enjoy mentoring aspiring creators and staying updated with the latest editing trends and AI tools, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom training in Video Editing from Basic to Advanced level.
- Teach industry-standard software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and AI-powered video editing tools.
- Explain editing principles, transitions, motion graphics, color correction, audio editing, visual effects, and storytelling techniques.
- Design practical assignments, projects, and real-world editing exercises.
- Guide students in creating professional portfolios and social media content.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, AI technologies, and social media content formats.
- Assist students in solving technical and creative challenges.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and training quality.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and AI-based video editing tools.
- Excellent understanding of editing workflows, motion graphics, audio editing, and color grading.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and teaching abilities.
- Knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of current content trends, short-form videos, and viral editing styles.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Diploma in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Video Editing or Video Production.
- Previous teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio of edited videos is mandatory.
