- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience with application configuration and customization to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration scenarios.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
