Hiring – Graphic Designer
Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who can independently manage graphic design, video editing, AI-generated content, and basic photography/videography. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating high-quality visual content for social media, digital marketing, print media, and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Create and edit engaging short-form videos for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, Kling AI, or similar platforms to create innovative visuals and videos.
- Conduct product and food photography/videography.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns within deadlines.
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign.
- Strong skills in video editing and motion graphics.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools.
- Knowledge of photography, videography, typography, branding, and social media content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Health & Wellness, FMCG, or Hospitality industries.
- Working knowledge of Canva Pro.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design.
- Adobe Certification or any relevant Graphic Design certification.
- Must Have Experience in Pharmaceutical Company
Selection Process
- Portfolio submission is mandatory.
- Candidates must demonstrate expertise in graphic design, video editing, and AI-generated content.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a paid 3-day design assignment before final selection.
