Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Manager to lead software development teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure successful delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership and project management skills to guide teams, architect solutions, and align technology initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor technical leads, development & testing teams.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Review system designs, code quality, and technical solutions.
- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies.
Project & Delivery Management
- Plan, monitor, and ensure timely delivery of software projects.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
Team Management
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and career guidance.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development activities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
- Resolve technical and team-related challenges.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
Process Improvement
- Implement Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to security, quality, and compliance standards.
- Optimize development processes and team productivity.

Qualifications

- PMP, Scrum Master, AWS/Azure certifications are an advantage.
