Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage the overall operations of our flying training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational performance, regulatory compliance, training excellence, and strategic growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the flying training institute
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory authorities and safety standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and performance
- Lead and supervise cross-functional teams including operations, training, and administration
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, partners, and stakeholders
- Drive business growth, student enrollment, and brand positioning
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in aviation operations or training institutes
- Prior leadership experience in a senior management role (COO / Operations Head preferred)
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and DGCA requirements
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial and operational management expertise
