Marketing Director
Role Overview:
We are looking for a visionary and result-oriented Marketing Director to lead our marketing function and drive the organization's brand, digital presence, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, digital marketing, campaign management, and team leadership, with the ability to execute innovative marketing initiatives that create measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
* Lead brand positioning, awareness, and reputation management across digital and offline channels.
* Drive Digital Marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Content Marketing.
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
* Collaborate with creative, content, design, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance, marketing analytics, and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
* Build strategic partnerships, media relations, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
* Work closely with the Chairman and leadership team to achieve long-term business and branding objectives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding, and Digital Marketing.
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
* Strong expertise in Brand Management, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
