We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Cochin. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG, dairy, or retail distribution sales and be capable of handling route sales, retailer relationships, and market development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned sales routes and achieve sales targets
- Visit retailers, shopkeepers, and agents regularly
- Ensure product availability, quality compliance, and safe handling
- Conduct daily cold calls to onboard new retailers and expand market coverage
- Take daily indents, confirm stock, and coordinate next-day supply
- Monitor product returns and reduce damages
- Resolve retailer and customer issues promptly
- Promote products through market development and visibility activities
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Sales (Dairy / FMCG / Retail Distribution preferred)
- Experience in route sales and retailer handling
- Knowledge of market development activities
- Basic understanding of sales planning, stock management, and indenting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within assigned routes
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
