Role Summary
We are looking for a Community Manager to be the face and soul of our restaurants' guest experience. This individual will not only ensure our guests feel welcomed and heard but will also be responsible for nurturing our growing community, engaging with feedback, ideating events, and working closely with the restaurant and marketing teams. Think of yourself as the bridge between our guests, our team, and our brand experience. It’s a 6-days-a-week role, but hey — who wouldn’t want to spend their days at the café, surrounded by good food, great people, and even better stories
Key Responsibilities
Guest Interaction & Floor Experience
- Greet, interact, and engage with guests during service hours, creating a warm and personal touchpoint at each outlet.
- Be present on the floor to observe, respond, and elevate guest experiences alongside the service team.
- Note down guest preferences, celebrate repeat visits, and maintain a soft CRM touch.
Community Engagement & Feedback Loop
- Regularly review guest feedback forms and digital reviews.
- Personally reach out to guests for follow-ups, gratitude messages, or conflict resolution where needed.
- Create weekly feedback reports to help evaluate the operational and service quality of each outlet.
- Share actionable insights with the core and restaurant teams for improvements.
Brand Building & Marketing
- Plan and execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities to increase visibility and footfall.
- Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, promotions, and new outlet launches.
- Monitor brand reputation and customer sentiment.
Events & Partnerships
- Conceptualize and execute community events, customer meetups, brand activations, and promotional activities.
- Develop partnerships with influencers, corporates, colleges, residential communities, and local businesses.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for successful event execution.
Customer Retention & Growth
- Drive loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives.
- Generate customer leads, repeat visits, and referrals.
- Track customer feedback and share actionable insights with operations and marketing teams.
Internal Team Synergy
- Work closely with on floor team, marketing head, and founder to align community goals with operational and branding strategies.
- Participate in team meetings with suggestions based on on-ground interactions.

Who we are looking for
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Hospitality, Restaurants, QSR, Retail, F&B, Community Management, or Customer Engagement.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- A person who loves connecting with guests and making them feel at home.
- An expert storyteller and can apply this thinking to guest engagement and creative activations
- Passion for music and food – you know your vinyl, and you love talking about great coffee and food pairings.
- Experience in social media engagement, events, partnerships, and customer relationship management.
- Creative, energetic, and highly customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Graphic Design (digital and offline) and/or photography capability is a plus! If you’re an artist or musician interested in this role, we’re all ears!

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
