Analyst – 1 to 3 years of experience
Salary: Up to ₹5.30 LPA
Senior Analyst – 3 to 6 years of experience
Salary: Up to ₹6.80 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls and emails
Resolve customer queries related to policies and claims
Manage complaints and escalations professionally
Maintain accurate documentation and call logs
Research solutions and escalate unresolved issues when required
Collaborate with internal teams and adapt to process changes
Eligibility
Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree)
Excellent English communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
Strong customer service, analytical, and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days notice period preferred
