Position: Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused F&B Manager to oversee the daily operations of food and beverage services. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service quality, controlling costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall food and beverage operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise restaurant, banquet, and bar operations.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Control inventory, food cost, and wastage.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage team performance.
- Train and motivate employees to maintain service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and procurement teams.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in F&B operations or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage teams and handle pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
