Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Expertise in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and professional networking
Experience in understanding job requirements, technical screening, and interview coordination
Ability to manage multiple open requirements and deliver quick closures
