Job Summary:
The Factory Helper assists the production and assembly team in the manufacturing, packing, and handling of projection screens and related materials. The role involves supporting daily factory operations, material movement, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians and workers in assembly of projection screens and components
- Help in cutting, handling, and packing screen materials
- Support loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods
- Assist in packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness of the production area and workstations
- Help in moving materials between departments
- Support inventory handling and storage of materials
- Follow factory safety guidelines and supervisor instructions
Basic Requirements:
- Physically fit and willing to do manual work
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
- Basic discipline and punctuality
- Prior factory helper experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Working Environment:
- Factory / Production floor
- Work involves standing, lifting materials, and assisting production staff
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
