MoEngage Specialist – Job Description
We are looking for a MoEngage Specialist to manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, automation workflows, and customer engagement journeys. The role involves configuring campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and WhatsApp, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing user journeys, and ensuring seamless integration with CRM and data systems. The specialist will collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to drive activation, retention, and personalized communication strategies using MoEngage’s capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage MoEngage campaigns, flows, and segmentation
- Optimize customer journeys using data-driven insights
- Coordinate with CRM/Tech teams for event tracking and integrations
- Monitor performance dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly reports
- Ensure timely execution of marketing automation tasks
Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience with MoEngage platform
- Understanding of customer lifecycle and engagement strategies
- Basic knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and event schema
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
