Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the packaging industry.
- Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, references, networking, and online platforms.
- Understand customer packaging requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, sampling, production, and dispatch follow-ups.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers for repeat business.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/data regularly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong confidence in client handling and sales presentations.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.

- Experience in packaging sales, corrugated boxes, paper bags
- Candidate should be self-motivated and eager to grow.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
