Field Sales Representative
Location: Bangalore
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to expand our business by visiting hardware shops across Bangalore and generating orders. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and capable of building long-term relationships with dealers and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit hardware stores and dealers on a daily basis across assigned areas in Bangalore
Generate new orders and achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and retailers
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers
Ensure proper follow-up on pending payments and order fulfillment
Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in field sales (hardware/building materials industry preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Languages : Kannada and Hindi must, Managable and optional Tamil and English
Good relationship-building ability
Must own a two-wheeler (Bike)
Valid driving license
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
