Desired Qualification:
- Law Graduate / Master from Top Law Schools, 15+ years’ experience in a renowned real estate
company.
- Should be abreast with the latest legal developments and rulings, especially in the real estate
sector.
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
- Desire to make impact and high work ethics
- This role requires working directly with Leadership team
- Thorough knowledge of prevailing laws especially related to real estate/ property.
- Good drafting and negotiation skills
- Good connection in revenue records dept. will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- A candidate for the position of Legal (Litigation). The incumbent should have a minimum of 15-20 Years
of experience. Must have good experience working in the Real Estate sector.
