Key Responsibilities
· Develop, maintain, and monitor project planning, scheduling, reporting, and cost management for multiple assigned projects.
· Coordinate with project teams and conduct site visits to assess progress and identify critical issues or risks.
· Proactively manage project plans, teams, and timelines, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational goals.
· Oversee billing and payment processes as per contract terms, ensuring timely client bill submission and follow-ups.
· Ensure smooth project handover in line with client satisfaction and manage snag resolution during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
· Prepare and submit photographic reports for new project site visits to the tender team.
· Allocate and monitor subcontractor work, ensuring proper execution and reconciliation of project audits versus actuals.
· Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with contractors and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
· Lead and manage engineers, supervisors, and project staff by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timely completion.
· Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team performance through regular meetings and reviews.
· Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve conflicts, and implement processes to improve team efficiency.
· Monitor and report team performance while fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture.
· Develop growth and development plans for team members, including succession planning.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
