About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, high-ownership HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist to lead and scale our end-to-end people operations. This is a brilliant role for a hands-on HR professional who wants to transition from pure execution to taking strategic ownership of policy drafting, talent management, and culture building.
Reporting directly to the Director's Office, you will serve as the primary bridge between leadership and our growing team, ensuring our people practices directly support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Executive Onboarding
· Leadership Sourcing: Execute targeted recruitment strategies to source, evaluate, and secure high-performing mid-to-senior level talent across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
· Offer Governance & Compensation Benchmarking: Manage structured salary negotiation processes, ensuring total rewards packages align strictly with organizational compensation bands and fiscal targets.
· Competency-Based Assessment: Implement rigorous screening frameworks to evaluate candidates for long-term retention, capability, and cultural alignment.
2. HR Operations, Compliance & Policy Management
· Framework Development: Design, roll out, and govern comprehensive HR policies, service-level agreements (SLAs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Performance Management & Accountability: Partner with department heads to establish clear Key Result Areas (KRAs), drive the annual appraisal architecture, and facilitate performance calibration protocols when required.
· Statutory Compliance: Oversee monthly payroll variables and ensure flawless adherence to regional labour laws and corporate compliance frameworks (including PF, ESIC, etc).
· Strategic Advisory: Act as an internal consultant to executive leadership, providing objective, data-backed human capital metrics to guide organisational growth.
Key Requirements
· Professional Persona: Demonstrable maturity with strong presence and high emotional intelligence. Must possess the ability to manage difficult conversations objectively, influence senior stakeholders, and uphold policy integrity.
· Professional Background: 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with a background that includes structured talent acquisition and core HR generalist responsibilities.
· Education: Post-Graduate Degree/MBA in Human Resources or Business Administration from a recognized institution.

o Core Competencies:
§ Strong working knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll mechanics.
§ Proven experience managing end-to-end performance evaluation metrics.
§ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; confident in coaching people managers and working directly alongside executive leadership.
§ Data-oriented mindset with high proficiency in Excel and modern HRMS tools.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
