Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice, chat, or email.
Provide timely and accurate resolutions.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
Meet productivity and performance targets.
Requirements

Basic computer knowledge.
