:We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Service Assistant/Department - Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day maintenance, service activities, and client interactions. This role is crucial in ensuring that service complaints are resolved promptly while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and Manage Service Operations:
Oversee daily maintenance and service complaints to ensure prompt resolution.
Develop and implement maintenance/service plans on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
Coordinate with the CRM team to address and resolve client issues effectively.
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA):
Focus on CAPA to enhance service quality.
Conduct thorough breakdown analysis to identify root causes and suggest improvements.
Maintenance and Repair Oversight:
Ensure timely execution of Preventive Maintenance Contracts (PMC), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and necessary repairs.
Drive improvements in planned maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
Conduct case studies on recurring issues to enhance system reliability.
Team Leadership & Training:
Monitor the plans and performance of all service engineers.
Provide training and guidance to service employees to enhance skills and performance.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Materials Management & Coordination:
Follow up on the procurement of manufacturing materials needed during warranty, breakdowns, and AMC activities.
Prepare purchase requisitions (PR) for site-required materials and track their status.
Coordinate with customers for breakdowns, warranty claims, and AMC work.
Safety and Compliance:
Actively participate as a member of the Safety Core Committee to ensure work safety standards are maintained.
Client Interaction and Complaint Resolution:
Travel extensively within the region to resolve maintenance-related problems.
Ensure the prompt closure of customer complaints in collaboration with the team.
Liaise with Design, Production, Marketing, and other departments for smooth execution of service activities.
