Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, resilient, and customer-focused Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational excellence, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, strong sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations including sales, customer service, administration, and human resources
- Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Drive sales growth across financial products including deposits, loans, and investments
- Set, monitor, and consistently achieve branch sales targets
- Assess local market conditions and identify new business opportunities
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve high performance
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards
- Manage branch budgets and prepare financial and performance reports
- Address customer and employee concerns promptly and professionally
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the local community
- Monitor branch performance, track progress, and report to head office
- Share best practices and market intelligence with other branches
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Bank Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial products with hands-on sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Results-driven and customer-focused approach
