Key Responsibilities
1. Consultative sales & Custom proposals (High Conversion)
- Lead Qualification & Follow-up: Rapidly respond to and nurture inbound leads coming from Instagram, WhatsApp, website forms, and referrals.
- Custom Packaging & Pitching: Conduct detailed consultations (via call or in-person at our studio) to understand a couple's vision. Translate their needs into bespoke, high-value proposals that match their budget while maximizing deal size.
- Closing: Confidently handle pricing objections, articulate the premium value of Zoticus, and drive deals to a signed contract to meet monthly sales targets.
2. CRM mastery & Pipeline management
- Data Discipline: Maintain a flawless, real-time record of all lead interactions, deal stages, and follow-up tasks within our CRM.
- Workflow Collaboration: Work alongside our tech-forward automated lead qualification tools to ensure no hot lead goes cold.
- Production Handover: Create crystal-clear briefs for the post-production and creative teams regarding client expectations, timelines, and agreed deliverables.
3. Payment collection & Account management
- Milestone Tracking: Take full accountability for the client payment lifecycle, ensuring booking advances, mid-milestone payments, and final pre-delivery balances are collected on time.
- Professional Collections: Maintain a polite yet firm approach to client accounts, balancing premium hospitality with strict cash-flow discipline.
Ideal candidate profile
Requirements & Experience
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in target-driven sales (e.g., premium event services, high-ticket consumer services, luxury hospitality, or premium bridal industries).
- Languages: Fluent in English and Telugu. Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Location & Travel: Based in Hyderabad. This is a studio-bound sales role; on-site event travel is not required.
