We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates to drive sales of premium residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Build relationships with developers, brokers, channel partners, and clients.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client consultations.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving revenue targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain CRM records and provide post-sales support.
- Offer market insights and property recommendations to clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Luxury Real Estate, Hospitality, or Luxury Retail Sales.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of sales success.
