Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for desktops and laptops — installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve OS, application, and peripheral issues (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Handle basic networking tasks — LAN/WAN connectivity, IP configuration, router/switch troubleshooting, and cabling.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint; user setup, mailbox issues, and license assignment.
- Log, track, and escalate tickets as per SLA; escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams.
- Perform OS installation, patch updates, antivirus management, and data backups.
- Provide on-site and remote support to end users.
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Familiarity with Windows OS (10/11) and basic Linux/Mac support (preferred).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT/desktop support.
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory (field visits required).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
