Purpose:
Act as the link between patients, doctors, hospital departments, and management to ensure a smooth patient experience and maintain the hospital's reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide patients and visitors.
- Help patients with admission, discharge, and appointments.
- Resolve patient complaints and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other departments.
- Maintain good relationships with referring doctors and corporate clients.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Collect patient feedback and improve patient satisfaction.
- Handle phone calls, enquiries, and patient follow-ups.
- Maintain patient records and prepare daily/monthly reports.
- Support hospital branding and public relations activities.

Qualification
- Any Graduate (preferred: BBA, B.Com, BA, BSW, MSW, Hospital Administration)
- 0–2 years of experience in hospitals or healthcare is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
