Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience who are looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources. The selected candidate will support key HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR administration while ensuring efficient day-to-day HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment records.
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee database maintenance.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and timely resolution of employee queries.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information and HR records.
- Stay updated on HR policies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Perform additional HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources, Master of Hospital Management (MHM), or an equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–6 months of HR experience (including internships) are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
