Job Description:
Junior MEP Engineer / Draftsman with 1 year of experience in MEP drawings, design
coordination, and software handling. The candidate should be capable of preparing MEP
shop drawings, assisting in basic design calculations, and supporting site & project teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. MEP Drafting & Design
- Prepare MEP Tender drawings, coordination drawings & documentation.
- Modify and update drawings as per site requirements.
- Assist senior engineers in load calculations & sizing.
2. Software & Technical Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel for
o BOQs
o Quantity take-offs
- Basic exposure to other MEP software will be an added advantage (Revit, HAP, Dialux, etc.).
3. Site & Coordination Work
- Coordinate with architects, civil, and other MEP teams.
- Assist in site inspections and technical clarifications.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing & Fire Fighting)
- Ability to read and understand architectural & structural drawings
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD drafting standards
- Good command over Excel formulas, tables & reporting
- Basic understanding of IS codes & MEP design concepts
- Good communication & coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
