Sales Manager – Skin, Hair & Weight Loss || Facile Clinics
Primary Objective:
To drive revenue growth through effective client consultations, conversions, upselling, and team performance management in all three categories – Skin, Hair, and Slimming treatments.
Key Responsibilities:1. Client Consultation & Conversion
- Handle walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups for consultations.
- Build rapport and understand client needs across skin, hair, and slimming services.
- Recommend suitable treatments and packages based on client concerns.
- Convert consultations into sales with proper explanation and trust-building.
- Maintain high conversion rate from consultation to billing.
2. Sales Target Achievement
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Achieve individual and team targets across all services.
- Drive add-on and upsell opportunities (e.g., combos, memberships, long-term packages).
3. Team Management & Training
- Supervise the front desk, counsellors, and other sales executives.
- Conduct regular product & soft skills training for staff.
- Motivate the team to meet performance benchmarks.
4. Lead Management
- Ensure proper tracking of leads (online + offline).
- Monitor timely follow-ups and conversion efforts.
- Coordinate with marketing for new lead generation and promotional campaigns.
5. Client Relationship Management
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the treatment journey.
- Resolve client concerns, feedback, or objections tactfully.
- Encourage reviews, referrals, and repeat visits.
6. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and share daily sales reports, target v/s achievement, and lead conversion ratios.
- Analyze client data to understand popular treatments and underperforming areas.
7. Coordination with Doctors & Therapists
- Work closely with dermatologists, trichologists, and slimming consultants to design effective treatment plans.
- Align client expectations with medical advice.
8. Market & Competitor Awareness
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings.
- Suggest new service ideas or promotional plans to management.
Additional Expectations:
- Maintain professional grooming and communication at all times.
- Ensure ethical sales practices and complete transparency with clients.
- Support all 3 verticals (Skin | Hair | Slimming) with equal focus.
