Role Overview
Looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Technical expert with experience in Event Management, Observability, Discovery, Service Mapping and ServiceNow ACC to support enterprise monitoring and operational visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support ServiceNow ITOM Event Management platform.
- Configure event rules, alert correlation, alert suppression and automation workflows.
- Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management.
- Support ServiceNow ACC, Discovery, MID Servers and Service Mapping.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot monitoring incidents.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application and network teams.
- Drive alert noise reduction and observability improvements.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.
