Windeva Global Services LLP offers complete insurance and financial solutions to individuals and businesses. We are hiring motivated Field Sales Executives to expand our Motor Insurance business covering both Individual and Commercial Vehicle Insurance.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business for Motor Insurance.
- Sell insurance policies for:
- Individual Cars & Two-Wheelers
- Commercial Vehicles
- Fleet Insurance
- Visit customers, automobile dealers, transport companies, and business owners.
- Develop new business through field visits and referrals.
- Renew existing insurance policies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage, and claim procedures.
- Coordinate documentation and policy issuance.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in Motor Insurance, BFSI, Automobile Sales, or Field Sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
