Ensure that inspections are carried out in accordance with the laid down process and procedures.

Coordinate during inspection jobs with Seniors, Backoffice & if required with customer’s representatives.

Prepare inspection data / field reports on the inspection site and submit the same to authorized person for

further process, in timely manner.

Verify the maintenance & calibration of inspection equipment and reporting the same.

Ensure that the impartiality and confidentiality is maintained throughout during inspection activities.

Any other responsibility assigned by the OM / TM / Dy. TM etc

Responsible for transferring correct& accurate inspection data in the Inspection reports.

Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.

Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.

Degree or Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience
-
NDE Level II in RT, UT, MT & PT.
-
AWS or CSWIP certification in welding is preferable.
- Shall be conversant with applicable International Codes and standards related for Mechanical Inspection.

Knowledge in Inspection of Plates, Pipes, Flanges, Fittings, Fasteners, Valves etc and other Bulk Items.
-
Experienced in Stage wise Inspection and final Inspection of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger and other Fabricated Equipment’s preferable.

Knowledge in welding process, WPS, PQR and WQT.

Conversant with destructive and non-destructive testing.
-
Able to identify non conformity / deviations.

Experience in Inspection of Pumps and other rotating equipment’s preferable.
