Job Title: Shifting Crane Operator
Role Summary:
Operate shifting/mobile cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, position, and relocate materials, equipment, and heavy loads at construction sites, factories, warehouses, or industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to safety regulations and site procedures.
- Lift, transport, and place materials and equipment as directed.
- Inspect crane equipment before and after operation.
- Check load weights and ensure lifting capacity limits are not exceeded.
- Coordinate with riggers, signalers, and supervisors during lifting operations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report defects or malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate operational and inspection records.
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Ensure work areas are clear of hazards before lifting activities.
Required Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid crane operator certification/license as required by local regulations.
- Experience operating mobile, shifting, or hydraulic cranes.
- Knowledge of lifting techniques, load charts, and safety standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
