Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Understand company services and present suitable solutions to clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Conduct client meetings and follow-ups to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery
- Continuously work on lead generation and conversion strategies
Required Skills
- Strong communication (verbal & written)
- Experience in lead generation & IT sales
- Knowledge of email drafting & proposal writing
- Good negotiation and client handling skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, etc.)
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
- Experience with international clients is a plus
