About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales engineer to lead sales growth in an assigned territory. The role involves managing key accounts, driving revenue, and building strong customer relationships in the industrial segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of printers and coding solutions in the assigned territory
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while acquiring new clients
- Conduct customer visits, product demos, and training sessions
- Convert competitor accounts into company accounts
- Ensure repeat business and long-term customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets across industries and sectors
- Manage payment collections as per agreed terms
- Plan territory coverage and optimize travel for maximum efficiency
- Provide after-sales support and assist in installation processes
- Maintain regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) to management
- Stay updated with product, market, and competitor knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- BE (Electrical/Electronics) / MBA / Graduate (Engineering preferred)
Experience:
- 4–7 years in direct sales, preferably industrial equipment / printing / packaging
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven sales and customer management ability
- Technical sales experience
- Good knowledge of assigned territory
- Self-driven with a positive attitude and business acumen
Additional Requirements
- Own vehicle is mandatory
- Willingness to travel extensively
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
