2. Responsibilities:
· Interpret engineering drawings, mechanical layouts, and assembly instructions.
· Carry out fitting and assembly of components for automation systems and laser products.
· Operate tools such as drills, grinders, and measurement instruments for precision work.
· Assist in mechanical integration of assemblies with electrical and automation components.
· Support trial runs and pre-dispatch inspection processes (PDI).
· Ensure compliance with all safety norms during assembly and operations.
· Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the workshop.
· Coordinate with the Project Engineer and Quality Team for timely completion of assigned work.
· Conduct basic rework or fitting modifications as required during testing or inspection stages.
· Report material shortages, defects, or delays to the supervisor on time.
Note: Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs. Flexibility and a proactive approach are expected as and when required.

4. Education:
· ITI in Fitter Trade
(Industrial Training Institute – Fitter)
· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
5. Experience:
· 2–4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical fitting in manufacturing, preferably in automation or laser-based machinery industries.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
