We are looking for a passionate and visionary Associate Creative Director (ACD) to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will lead the development of impactful campaigns, guide multidisciplinary creative teams, and ensure every piece of communication delivers innovative ideas that resonate with audiences and achieve client objectives.
As an Associate Creative Director, you will work closely with the Creative Director, Client Servicing, Strategy, and Production teams to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, print, video, branding, and experiential platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Concept Development
- Develop innovative campaign ideas aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
- Transform client briefs into compelling creative concepts and communication strategies.
- Lead ideation sessions and encourage fresh, disruptive thinking within the creative team.
- Ensure every campaign maintains originality, relevance, and strong storytelling.
Creative Leadership
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, including Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Content Writers, Video Editors, Motion Designers, and Creative Interns.
- Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback throughout project execution.
- Inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Review and approve creative deliverables before client presentation.
Campaign Execution
- Oversee the execution of 360° integrated marketing campaigns across:
- Social Media
- Digital Advertising
- Print Media
- Outdoor Advertising (OOH)
- Branding & Identity
- Video & Commercial Productions
- Influencer Campaigns
- Event & Activation Creatives
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time without compromising creative quality.
Client Collaboration
- Participate in client briefing, brainstorming, and presentation meetings.
- Present creative concepts confidently and articulate the rationale behind ideas.
- Understand client feedback and translate it into effective creative solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients by consistently delivering high-quality work.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Client Servicing, Strategy, Media Planning, Performance Marketing, Production, and Project Management teams.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, illustrators, production houses, printers, and other external vendors.
Brand Stewardship
- Maintain consistency across all brand communications.
- Ensure every creative asset aligns with the client's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, advertising innovations, AI tools, and consumer behavior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is an added advantage.
Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role managing creative teams.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
