Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure achievement of production targets.
- Ensure smooth operation of machines and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams for uninterrupted production.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Monitor machine efficiency, productivity, and downtime analysis.
- Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage manpower allocation and shift operations effectively.
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in inventory control and raw material utilization.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
