We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Talent Management Executive who is passionate about networking, discovering talent, and building strong industry relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong PR mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scout and reach out to potential influencers, actors, creators, and talents for collaborations and projects.
- Build and maintain strong industry and PR networks.
- Coordinate with talents, agencies, and internal teams for smooth communication and execution.
- Manage multiple projects and talent requirements simultaneously.
- Develop professional relationships and maintain regular follow-ups with talents and collaborators.
- Assist in talent onboarding, negotiations, and project coordination.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Confident in networking and relationship-building.
- A proactive personality with good PR and people management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Passion for influencer marketing, talent management, media, and entertainment industry.
- Previous experience in talent management, influencer outreach, PR, or related field is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,931.66 - ₹20,000.00 per month
