Job Summary
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and deliver an excellent guest experience. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out process
- Handle calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Manage bookings and reservations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and operations team
- Maintain records, billing, and payments
- Resolve basic guest concerns professionally
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel software is a plus)
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask
Experience
- 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
