Need to take care entire service in Idukki location .
Talk with OEM regarding SV, AMC. Ew, Ew+, etc and to maintain target vs achievement. HMSI experience is an added benefits. Also need to guide warranty, spare parts in TAT, Communicate and guide CRM regarding process and bookings.
