Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to grow our B2B commercial accounts. You will be the face of Fuller Organics, building strong relationships with local and regional nurseries, garden centres, and landscape professionals. Your main goal is to introduce our organic product line, secure wholesale contracts, and drive volume sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and target potential B2B clients including commercial nurseries, retail garden centres, and landscaping companies.
- Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and in-person visits to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat wholesale orders.
- Product Demonstration: Educate businesses on the technical benefits and value proposition of our organic products.
- Sales Closings: Negotiate pricing, bulk delivery terms, and contract agreements to meet monthly sales targets.
- Market Feedback: Report on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help improve our product offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in horticulture, agriculture, or green industries.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of plants, soil health, or nursery operations is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for travel to client sites and nurseries.
- Attributes: Self-starter mindset with a passion for organic, sustainable agriculture.
