About the Role
Karimbil Steel Doors & Windows is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Officer to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand business opportunities in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and homeowners
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Experience in construction materials, interiors, steel, doors/windows, or related industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,248.77 per month
