We are looking for a passionate and energetic faculty member who can inspire students and help them build industry-ready creative skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach students Graphics Design, Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Conduct practical classroom sessions and workshops
- Guide students in projects and portfolio development
- Help beginners understand creative software and industry workflow
- Assist in seminars, presentations, and creative activities
- Support social media and creative content-related tasks when required
- Maintain a positive and professional classroom environment
Required Skills
Strong working knowledge in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of teaching/training experience preferred
- Graduate preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi & conversational English
- Practical teaching approach with good student handling ability
- Friendly, energetic & student-oriented personality
- Passion for the creative and media industry
- Portfolio/demo reel preferred
- Industry/project experience will be an added advantage
- Candidates from Andul, Howrah, Sankrail, Mourigram, Santragachi or nearby areas will be preferred
