We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Cluster Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales performance across multiple business units or geographical locations (a 'cluster'). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth within their assigned cluster. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional sales acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster strong client relationships while optimizing team performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets across all entities within the assigned cluster.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and managers, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize sales efficiency and profitability within the cluster.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Implement CRM tools and sales technologies to optimize sales processes, track performance, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and address performance gaps within the sales team, implementing corrective actions and development plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
