Job Summary
We are looking for a tech-savvy and creative AI Video Editor with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate combines traditional video editing skills with hands-on expertise in AI-powered tools to produce high-quality content faster and more efficiently. Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹ 25,000 to ₹ 35,000 per month
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation/editing tools.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted editing features within Adobe Premiere Pro (Generative Extend, Auto Reframe, Text-Based Editing, Enhance Speech) and CapCut AI.
- Experience using AI tools for auto-captioning and subtitle generation (e.g., Descript, CapCut, Kapwing).
- Familiarity with AI voice tools — voiceover generation, voice cloning, and dubbing (e.g., ElevenLabs, Murf, Speechify).
- Knowledge of AI-based background removal, object removal, and video upscaling tools (e.g., Topaz Video AI, Runway).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop for traditional editing and finishing.
- Ability to write effective AI prompts for text-to-video and image-to-video generation.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, resolutions, and export settings.
- Strong creative storytelling, visual composition, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in AI-assisted video editing, motion graphics, or post-production.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio demonstrating AI tool usage, internship experience, or freelance projects are encouraged to apply.
- Experience integrating AI-generated footage, voiceovers, or visuals into finished edits alongside traditional footage.
- Experience using AI to speed up rough cuts, generate B-roll suggestions, or automate repetitive editing tasks.
- Develop engaging short-form and long-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and other platforms using a mix of AI and manual editing techniques.
- Perform color correction, color grading, and audio synchronization.
- Stay current with new and emerging AI video tools and evaluate their fit for team workflows.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to deliver projects aligned with brand guidelines.
- Organize project files and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
