Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the clinic.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the clinic team.
- Achieve monthly revenue, consultation, and conversion targets.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and handle escalations professionally.
- Monitor daily appointments, treatment schedules, and patient flow.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, patient coordinators, HR, Accounts, and Management.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, inventory, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Drive business growth through local marketing initiatives and patient engagement.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and accurate billing.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/Hospital Administration preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Center Manager, Branch Manager, Clinic Manager, or Operations Manager.
- Experience in Healthcare, Hair Transplant, Dermatology, Aesthetic, Cosmetic, or Wellness industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Tamil.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Ability to work under targets and deliver business results.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
