Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair CNC Turning Centers and VMC machines.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and other CNC controls.
- Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, coolant, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot servo alarms, spindle issues, ATC problems, and axis faults.
- Install, level, and commission machines at customer sites when required.
- Inspect imported machines and prepare them for sale.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls is essential.
- Experience with Doosan, Hyundai WIA, Mazak, Mori Seiki, Okuma, Haas, Makino, or similar CNC machines will be preferred.
- Ability to read electrical and hydraulic drawings.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
