Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Telecaller / Backend Sales Executive to support our real estate sales team by generating and qualifying leads. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and campaigns
- Explain property details including location, pricing, and offers
- Identify customer requirements (budget, location, purpose)
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales executives
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or Excel
- Handle inbound inquiries via calls and WhatsApp
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15000-25000 per month (based on experience)
