We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Web Services Sales Executive to join our US Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to engage potential clients, understand their business requirements, and promote website development and digital marketing services. This role is best suited for individuals who thrive in a target-driven sales environment and are passionate about international sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable web development and digital marketing solutions.
- Present company services including website design, website development, SEO, PPC, and other digital solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Website Sales, International Sales, Outbound Sales, Telesales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of website development and digital marketing services is preferred.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
