Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing & Assembly: Set up and operate production equipment to bend, cut, and shape copper tubing and aluminium fins based on engineering blueprints.
- Brazing & Welding: Solder and braze joints to securely connect U-bends, headers, and refrigerant lines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct pressure and leak tests on coils using nitrogen, helium, or water baths to verify structural integrity.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery (e.g., fin presses, expanders, bake ovens) and report faults to the management team.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all OSHA and facility safety guidelines while handling industrial materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma, ITI certification, or an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, or HVAC/R production.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints; familiarity with tools like calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), and work in warm shop environments.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,008.00 per month
